I used to work in Surgical Theatres at a prestigious hospital in Manchester, England.
In January 2018, I learnt to scuba dive & by December the same year I had become an instructor.
After spending over 6 years out of the U.K.
I can now proudly say Crete is my new home.

Hey, I’m Titouan GERARD. I’m a French scuba diving instructor for 3 years now. I have always been attracted by the sea, it started with free diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing… Then I was a lifeguard in France for a few years, I always wanted to find a way to live and work close to the water. Now as a scuba diving instructor it’s the perfect deal for me. I love to transmit the passion of scuba diving. As an instructor I do it with pedagogy, patience and a smile.
See you in the water !

About Kefi Divers
At Kefi Divers, we go beyond just diving—we create unforgettable underwater experiences. With small group sizes, we ensure each dive is personal and immersive, giving you the freedom to explore at your own pace.
Our team is led by two passionate instructors with deep knowledge of Almyrida’s vibrant marine life and dive sites, ready to guide you through some of the most breathtaking waters in the Mediterranean.
We’re also proud to have worked alongside marine archaeologists, helping to map two historic shipwrecks off Crete’s northern coast—exciting new projects are already on the horizon!
For us, scuba diving isn’t just a job—it’s what we love. And that passion shines through in every dive we share with you.
How We Got Our Name - The Meaning Of 'Kefi'
Kefi is a Greek word and does not have a literal translation into the English language.
Some words that can be used to describe it are joy, passion and enthusiasm.
To do something with Kefi, you are doing it with a smile and having fun.
To find your Kefi, is to find your passion in life.
As you can imagine, after discovering this word we thought it a perfect fit for our dive centre.
Our passion is scuba diving, and we will continue to spread fun and joy with all that we can.
