Emergency First Response (EFR)

Internationally recognised CPR and first aid training — the confidence to act when it matters most.

Land-based course covering Primary Care (CPR) and Secondary Care (First Aid) through hands-on practice with manikins, barriers and scenario training. No prior experience or minimum age required, and the resulting EFR certification is valid for 24 months and satisfies the prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course. Includes EFR manual and materials, practice equipment and certification fee. Free pick-up for groups of 4 or more.
