Rescue Diver Course (PADI)
Become a more capable and confident diver by learning how to recognise, prevent and respond to problems underwater and at the surface.
The PADI Rescue Diver course is an important step in developing your diving skills and confidence. It teaches you to look beyond your own dive and become better prepared to recognise and respond to problems involving other divers. Your course starts with PADI eLearning, provided as soon as you sign up, allowing you to complete the theory at your own pace before your practical training. If you don't already hold the required Emergency First Response certification, EFR training is included as part of your Rescue Diver course. You'll then move into open water training, where you'll put your knowledge into practice and develop the skills needed to prevent, recognise and respond to a range of diver problems and emergencies. Rather than simply reacting when something goes wrong, you'll learn to become more aware of what is happening around you and recognise potential problems before they develop into an emergency. You'll develop your ability to assist other divers, respond appropriately to different situations and manage yourself effectively when helping someone else.
